Track your order
Once your order ships, you can follow its progress from the order status page.
- Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
- Click the order status or tracking link in the email.
- If you have a customer account, sign in to view your order status.
- If you checked out as a guest, enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout when prompted.
Tracking updates become available after your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been added.
Track with Shop
You can also use the Shop app to view order status updates, shipping milestones, and delivery information when available.
